1. MODES OF DELIVERY (LOCAL)
We will take 2-3 working days to pack and arrange your dispatch following successful receipt of your order.
In the event that you do not receive your order within the stipulated time-frame, feel free to contact us at shopactiveluxe@gmail.com.
|. Standard Courier
Standard Courier is complimentary for local orders.
Please allow your parcels 2-7 working days to reach you after it has been processed for delivery.
ActiveLuxe will not be responsible for any lost normal mails.
||. Express Courier
Express Courier costs SGD$2.50.
Please allow your parcels 1-3 working days to reach you after it has been processed for delivery.
Registered mail comes with a tracking number that will be made available to you once it has been successfully mailed.
Once tracking number has been provided, registered postage will not be refundable under all circumstances.
|||. Self Collection
Self collections are available at our convenience. Kindly email us your request and we can arrange to meet up at an agreed time and location.
2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For all international orders, shipping fees will automatically be calculated upon checkout based on the selected country. A tracking number will be made available to you once parcel has been successfully mailed.
Pre / Back-Orders
The approximate waiting time of pre or back-order is usually 4-6 weeks, unless otherwise stated. If you have instock items under the same purchase, they will only be shipped when your backorder has arrived.
Returns / Exchanges
1. INCORRECT / DEFECTIVE ITEM RECEIVED
We apologise if an incorrect / defective item was sent. Kindly take a snapshot of item received and email it to us.
ActiveLuxe will reimburse postage for the incorrect / defective item sent. Please note that we will only proceed if the item was purchased directly from us.
An exchange will be done if the item is in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
All exchanges have to reach us within 10 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.
2. SIZE EXCHANGES
ActiveLuxe does not provide refunds / exchanges for an incorrect size purchase. Kindly refer to the size charts and measurements of products before placing your order.
ActiveLuxe reserves the right to make amendments to the above terms & conditions.
